Session Abstract: As connectivity improves and speed increases, the challenge for the customer is management of the many devices across disparate ecosystems. This panel will look at the opportunities for service providers to provide management of IoT and other devices both within the home, as well as within the larger community. It will also delve into the role of TR-369 (USP) as a foundation for managing disparate devices and helping to proactively fix issues, while enabling remote support when necessary.
